Willy wonka & The Chocolate Factory

Last night we took the kids to see the new "Willy Wonka & the chocolate factory" It was soooooo good!!!!!! I really enjoyed it. I just have to say that Johnny Depp is SO good at doing weird... He does weird characters really, really well. Edward Scissorhands, Captain Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka, Finding Neverland (I can't remember his characters name in that movie), etc... I remember when he played an undercover, motorcycle riding cop in a tv show in the 80's. I can't remember the name of the show right this minute though...

It was good to be able to go out as a family. All of the children behaved. They were so good and excited to go to the movies. I remember going to the movies as a kid. We didn't get to go to very many because we didn't have a whole lot of money but I remember going to a few. Footloose, All of the Iniana Jones movies. That's all I can remember. Like I said, we didn't go to many... Going to the movies as a kid, are such awesome memories. I am so glad that we are able to give our children awesome memories such as these.

My friend, Yvonne, went on vacation with her family and we fed her farm animals while she was away. It was cool to watch my kids do this. They were so excited. For some reason they think getting calf snot all over you is fun... They are seriously messed up... I have this huge germ freak out problem and couldn't wait to get into the house to wash my hands... hahaha I know this sounds freaky but it's just me. Then last night when we fed the calves, one of them was a bit aggresive and stinkin snotted my brand new capris all over the thigh... I could feel the wet through my pants... I was about to DIE!!!!! I went inside and scrubbed my hands red with hot water and was fixing to get in the car to come home and shower but my friend and her family pulled up. We visited for a little while and the whole time we were talking, in the back of my mind, I kept thinking of how absolutely disgusting animals are... hahahaha I am not, by any means, a animal lover. I'll tolerate them as long as they keep their bodily functions to themselves. I can't stand for a dog to lick me...

OK, so I know this was meaningless to you but I feel much better admitting my weaknesses. It's not an easy thing for me to do... I don't like to think that I have weaknesses. Weaknesses are bad!!!!! Oh Well...
